Product Description
duplex basket strainers (Double type strainers) are tasked to filter liquid and gaseous media. The cleaning of the filter element and basket strainer can be carried out during production. Due to a manual or automatic changeover device the production process is not interrupted.
The duplex type strainers are available in welded design, with butterfly valves or ball valve as a manual switching device. Body: steel P235GH (1.0345, St35.8) / stainless steel 1.4571 (pickled, passivated), filter element / support basket with filter made of stainless steel 1.4401, flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1/01, vent socket in the cap, drain socket in the dished end.
Depending on customer requirements, the duplex type strainers can be equipped extensively. In addition to an automatic switching device, various surface coatings and colors are available in industry standard RAL. Further equipment and versions can be obtained:
