Properties :
Alloy 310 Pipes have good resistance to oxidation in intermittent service in air up to 1035 Degree C and 1050 Degree C in continuous service. Alloy 310 Tubes does not contain molybdenum, so pitting resistance is quite poor. Meanwhile, SUS 310 Pipes are resistant to oxidation, sulphidation and carburisation. SUS 310 Tubing is a heat resisting stainless steel with high resistance to oxidation scaling and has high strength at elevated temperatures. AISI 310 Pipes is generally not used for corrosive liquid service, although the high chromium and nickel content give corrosion resistance superior to grade 304.
