When bellows globe valve is open, the bellows is compressed, the adverse sealing pair of valve stem and valve cover limits stroke of valve stem to prevent that deformation of bellows exceeds its own limits and causes damage. 3. The valve stem of bellows globe valve adopts double seal structure of bellows and stuffing to guarantee no leakage sealing at valve stem. 4. The valve is particularly applicable to industrial pipeline for flammable, explosive, toxic, strong penetrability, nuclear radiation, nuclear power project and ship confined space and other special medium and severe conditions.
Application:Industry, Powerstations, Flue gas purification plant, processing technology, gas supply,vapour facilities, recycling facilities, vacuum facilities, hot water, heating technology,district heating, thermal oil applications, general plant manufacturing, etc. (other applications on request)

Solid CoCr alloy wedge (optional) ensures low friction and long service life.
For Class 1500 valves and for steam service, seats are seal-weldedto the body.
Packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi to provide a high integrity seal.
For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded in and torqued to an engineered torque value and the body bonnet joint is strength-welded, offering double protection against leakage. (Body/bonnet threads and strength-weld).
Fully guided wedge reduces wear on seating surfaces.
Repairable 2-piece stem drive.
Parallel slide gate valves also available.
Optional design available with double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading and a packing blowout for easy removal of old packing.
