ZZYP Self actuated pressure control valve

Self actuated pressure control valve can change differential pressure and flow before and after the valve to keep the pressure before (or after) the valve at a constant level, using the self energy of the medium to be controlled as the power source, without external power. It features flexible action, good seal property and low fluctuation of the pressure set point. Self actuated pressure control valve is widely used for the automatic control of the pressure-reducing stabilization and pressure-relief stabilization for the gases, liquid and steam.
Self actuated pressure control valve has other advantages as smart and accurate regulating,taking up small space and simple operation and Self actuated pressure control valve is widely used in the pressure control of gas,steam or water in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food, textile, machinery, civil construction industry.

Self actuated pressure control valve is designed and manufactured according to the standard of AMSE/BS/DIN/GB

Self-acting operating mechanism:

No external power is required: operation utilizes the energy of the process fluid.
Direct-acting design: simple and reliable, with a minimum of moving parts.
Set pressure range: 0.1-6.0 MPa (15-870 psi), spring adjustable.
