Details about SS 304H alloy-
Alloy 304H is having high carbon content that is making this steel greatly suitable for use in many applications wherein elevated temperatures are available. This steel is an austenitic nickel and chromium steel alloy that is having high carbon content that is delivering the well increased yielding strength and tensile strength. The reason why this steel is used is due to greater carbon content as it gives material high heat resistant property, greater yielding strength and high long/short team creep strength.
Manufacturing of these pipes-
Our industry at the time of fabricating Stainless steel 304H seamless pipes is making use of superior quality of alloy. The alloy we are using is thoroughly checked to see how much pure it is. The pipes are manufactured under the strict guidance of a professional expert team that is having very good skills and knowledge of product development. Our industry is providing a few important TC to all buyers to assure that no impure pipes are offered. TC like MTC as per EN 10204/3.1B, radiography test report, third-party inspection report, raw material certificate, and buyers report is provided.
